The platform helps research, portfolio strategy, and business development teams make faster, higher-confidence decisions.
Often described as the "Bloomberg Terminal for Drug Development," They are building foundational decision-making software for the global life sciences ecosystem. The company is backed by industry leaders and institutional investors, including Pfizer, Amgen, Merck, BCG, and A91 Partners.
Currently working with 6-9 enterprise customers, operates with a lean, high-calibre team (~7 members), and is revenue-generating and profitable. Having recently raised funding, the company is entering its next phase of growth, with plans to scale its product and expand its global footprint. As part of this evolution, the founder is relocating to the United States, positioning it as a US-focused, global B2B AI SaaS company.
Role Overview Looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the founders and own the day-to-day product execution. This role is ideal for an early-career PM who wants hands-on ownership across product discovery, documentation, design collaboration, and delivery.
You will play a critical role in translating customer needs into structured product requirements and ensuring the team builds what truly matters to users in a complex, data-heavy domain.
This is a high-impact role in a small team, where clarity of thinking, strong communication, and execution discipline are essential.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Discovery & Requirements
- Translate customer feedback, usage insights, and prospect requests into clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Break down ambiguous problem statements into well-defined product requirements and success metrics
- Partner with founders to shape near-term and long-term product priorities
2. Roadmap & Documentation Ownership
- Maintain product roadmaps, feature lists, priorities, and timelines
- Keep internal documentation, trackers, and specs up to date
- Support prioritisation discussions by bringing structured thinking and data to trade-off decisions
3. Design Collaboration
- Work closely with the designer on user flows, wireframes, and mockups
- Ensure design decisions align with user needs, product goals, and technical feasibility
- Review designs with engineers and incorporate feedback before development
4. Development Guidance & Delivery
- Guide engineers on what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured
- Clarify requirements during development and unblock teams as needed
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality and usability
5. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
- Participate in customer conversations to understand workflows and pain points
- Support early customer success efforts by ensuring product features align with real-world usage
- Act as a bridge between customers, founders, design, and engineering
Who This Role Is ForThis role is best suited for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 2-4 years of total experience
- Currently working as an Associate Product Manager or early-stage Product Manager at a startup
- Strong preference for candidates with 1-2 years of consulting experience (strategy, analytics, or product-focused consulting)
- Background from top colleges (IITs, BITS, or equivalent) or leading consulting firms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a bias toward clear documentation
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and designers in a fast-moving environment
- Data-driven, structured, and quick to understand complex domains
- High ownership mindset-comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal hand-holding
Prior experience in AI/ML or life sciences is a plus, but not mandatory.
