Associate Product Manager :

Role Overview :

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product offerings. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development from conception to launch. You will work directly with product managers and stakeholders to understand market needs, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into actionable product strategies. Ultimately, your work will directly impact user satisfaction, customer acquisition, and the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and document product requirements and user stories based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to guide the development team.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch, resulting in timely and high-quality product releases.

- Analyze product performance data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization, leading to increased user engagement and conversion rates.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives, maximizing the value delivered to customers.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points, informing product decisions and enhancing user experience.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and decision-making.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision and influence stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive product improvements.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Top 7 IIT college.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- 1-2 years of experience in Product Management.
