Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product specifications using data-backed decision-making. - Strong proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies to interpret user data and derive meaningful insights for product strategy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders toward a unified vision. - Proven track record of managing product development cycles in a fast-paced B2C environment with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience. - Mandatory educational background: Graduated from IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, or IIT Kharagpur. - High degree of adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, on-site environment in Mumbai, maintaining focus on rapid iteration and execution.
