We are hiring for the position of Associate Product Manager with one of the leading organization Experience: 3+ years Location: Noida Responsibilities : - Plan, manage, write PRDs, creating mockups, conducting acceptance tests, QA Test Cases and drive delivery for multiple feature specs and core modules of the customer facing product - Partner with business stakeholders, design, and engineering teams and drive an inclusive and innovation-focused culture of evaluating product ideas, debating requirements, drive and measure success. Manage two-way communications with key stakeholders including senior management. - Oversee strategic program roadmap, development, launch, team procedures, client problem resolutions, client management and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product - Oversee day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results - Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans - Have a keen understanding of the relevant market(s) & customers they are building for - Seek & share learnings to improve their own capabilities as well as those of their team - Lead cross-functional teams, mentor younger PMs and contribute towards building a stronger product culture. - Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to clients Expectations : - 3+ years of experience building tech products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch - Proven track record of delivering product to market that is successful and drives revenue & profitability for the company - Ability to understand and talk technology; proactiveness in learning about emerging technologies and the latest market trends - Analytical and data-focused with experience in input and output analytics, optimization, and rigorous testing - Outstanding stakeholder management skills. You understand how to tell your story, listen to others' viewpoints and then drive a decision that's the best for the customer and the business. - You excel at both strategy and execution. You are equally comfortable at crafting a long term vision, going into the details of the release going next week and analyzing the issues with what went live last month. - Good sense of user-centric designs, experience in wireframing, prototyping - Capability to make good decisions quickly that helps your teams do the same - Strong team player and ability to work across teams to ensure cohesion and alignment to a single product direction - Confidence dealing with a significant amount of information/data and deliver data-driven solutions The Associate Product Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for managing a broad range of responsibilities, setting strategy and providing direction, leadership etc. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life-cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.
