Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Work with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other healthcare IT systems to enhance usability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of objectives.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and report on status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with organizational goals.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams, clinicians, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical and analytical findings into clear, actionable language for non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings as needed.
- Identify system or process-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues within healthcare IT systems.
- Continuously look for opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across clinical, technical, and business teams.
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and regulations (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, etc.).
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical, data-driven solutions.
