Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings. - Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable products that meet the needs of both B2B partners and consumers. - Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives, market trends, and customer requirements. Continuously prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic importance and resource constraints. - Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption among B2B clients and end-users. - Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with B2B clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns. - Metrics and Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and optimizations. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards in the insurance domain, especially considering the specific requirements of the Indian market.
