Role Overview:

What We Expect:

- 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or SaaS-based product environments.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce or digital marketplace ecosystems.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (ClickUp, Jira, etc.).

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI preferred).

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working with data science teams is a plus.

- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Associate Product Manager with 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or SaaS/e-commerce product environments.

You will work directly with the Founder and the AI team to define product strategy, manage execution, and drive innovation across our growing suite of AI-powered marketplace tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and refine product roadmaps, features, and priorities aligned with company objectives.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities.

- Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories and detailed product specifications.

- Create and manage ClickUp sprints and monitor progress across cross-functional teams.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality product releases.

- Analyze product performance, adoption metrics, and user behavior to recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with the AI and analytics teams to enhance data-driven decision-making in product development.

- Work with clients and analysts to understand pain points and convert them into actionable product insights.

- Prepare weekly and monthly product performance reports for internal and client reviews.

- Create and maintain product documentation, agile task distribution, and training material.

- Act as a bridge between business, technical, and AI teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
