Associate Product Manager - Konverz AI

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to drive the development and evolution of our SaaS products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a product mindset, and a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify product opportunities and define requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize and execute on product features and improvements.

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and appropriately prioritized.

- Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and help drive efficient execution using tools like JIRA and Notion.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.

- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

- Maintain a pulse on emerging industry trends and technologies that can enhance the product experience.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS or B2B tech company.

- Strong technical background must have an engineering degree (preferably in Software/Computer Science or related field).

- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Notion, and product analytics platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to perform deep market and user research.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have:

- MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus but not mandatory.

- Prior experience working in AI/ML products or platforms.

- Exposure to product marketing or GTM strategy is a bonus.
