The Role:

Associate Product Manager - AI. Ship cool AI features, weekly.

This is not a JIRA-grooming role. You will live between three things: our customers, our AI roadmap, and the product itself. You will write the spec, build the prototype, get it in front of users, and then push it to release. Loop. Repeat.

What You'll Own:

AI features, end to end:

- Own a slice of the AI roadmap - agents, LLM workflows, signal pipelines from problem to release

- Write tight PRDs that engineers actually want to build from

- Prototype yourself before handing off Cursor, v0, Lovable, n8n, raw API calls, whatever gets it real

- Make the feature feel cool, not just functional. Demo-worthy from day one.

Release velocity:

- Drive weekly releases. Scope ruthlessly. Cut what doesn't ship.

- Sit with engineering through build unblock fast, decide fast

- Own launch: changelog, in-app comms, customer outreach, the works

Customer obsession:

- Talk to customers every single day. No exceptions.

- Be the first responder when a user has a question, an idea, or a complaint you turn that into product fuel

- Run discovery calls, watch session recordings, read every support thread, and feed insights straight back into the roadmap

- Close the loop personally the user who asked for it should hear from you when it ships

Founder collaboration:

- Work directly with the founders on what to build next and what to kill

- Own the narrative for your features - internal and external

Who You Are:

- 1-2 years of experience - APM, founder's office, early-stage operator, or you built and shipped something real on your own. What you've built matters more than the logo on your resume.

- You ship. You have a prototype, side project, agent, app, or hack you can show us. Built with AI tools? Even better.

- You write well. Crisp PRDs, crisp Slack messages, crisp customer replies. This is non-negotiable.

- You're addicted to customer conversations. You'd rather get on a call with a user than sit in a planning meeting.

- You're obsessed with AI. You've tried every model, every tool, every agent framework. You have opinions.

- You're fast. You'd rather ship a rough v1 today than a perfect v1 next month.

Strong signal if you:

- Have built and launched something AI-powered (agent, LLM app, fine-tune, automation) - even a side project

- Are comfortable in Cursor / Claude Code / v0 / Lovable and can vibe-code a prototype

- Have worked in or around GTM tools, sales tech, RevOps, or B2B SaaS

- Plan to start your own company someday. This role is the closest thing to it.

Location:

Gurgaon (in-office). We move fast, decisions are made in the room.
