Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Assist in defining the product roadmap aligned with Skeps' business goals and evolving customer requirements.
- Translate product vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Market and User Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to uncover opportunities, validate ideas, and inform product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, and track key metrics to identify improvements and optimize the product experience.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Understand customer pain points, validate solutions through feedback, and champion a customer-first approach in all product initiatives.
- Communication and Alignment: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on product goals, timelines, and key updates, maintaining transparency and alignment across the organization
