Inspire and CDS Create - Product Management - Associate Description: Product Vision and roadmap: To Transform Client document experience, moving from a "template-based" approach to a "content based-strategy" by: - Moving PB businesses from using share points and manual prefill to automated prefill and dynamic document generation - Simplifying and rationalizing content through reusable content blocks, reducing duplication and overall document pack size by giving clients only information they need to see The end-state is that businesses are able to define content blocks once and dynamically generate documents for delivery via any channel preferred by the client. Job Responsibilities: Product Enhancements (including support to the Documentation Data Domain being defined newly): The Senior Product Associate is responsible for Identifying and proving out new capabilities that enhance the product value. This requires working in close collaboration with Inspire technology function. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement in quality, turnaround time and effort required to build, test and update templates. Examples include: - Support Documentation Data Domain Global Governance model by implementing and maintaining the library structure that will facilitate use/re-use content blocks within Inspire - Prove out Dynamic Communication / Quadient iforms as part of overall webforms strategy to support movement from managing documents to managing data - Enhance the Inspire Grafana dashboard with tracking of key product usage metrics, working with teams delivering low code automation solutions - Plan integration of Inspire with ICM for effective end-to-end management of templates through the lifecycle - Identify new capabilities and conducting various Proof of concept studies required to introduce them. - Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other materials as needed - Analysis to understand intakes. Participate in appropriate discovery sessions aimed at development of end-to-end Create solution for the business - Work closely with new adopters of Inspire to ensure incoming payload and metadata attributes meet requirements for template creation, including conditioning for eSignature - Conduct analysis of templates prior to creation, to identify opportunities for rationalization / simplification and reuse of content blocks - Set up / maintain Inspire environment including base templates and style sheets aligned with JPM Branding standards and Accessibility guidelines - Coach and continuously upskill implementation teams such as Prefill Center of Excellence, on best practices related to template creation using Inspire - Identify opportunities to automate template testing. Work closely with technology to implement the automation Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities: - Ensure Inspire capabilities are well documented on the C&DM Confluence site. Package materials to advertise/ advocate for the product among internal stakeholders - Demonstrate Knowledge of the product and passion for adoption. Influence use of Inspire with delivery partners including Business, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions across lines of business - Ensure best-in-class Jira discipline including appropriate prioritization, backlog management, agility metrics and Jira tagging - Proactively communicate project status , highlights team's achievements, issues, or escalations with key partners or stakeholders. - Proactively look for opportunity and spread awareness about the content creation & automation importance in local and global forums. - Understand Business picture behind content creation & automation and be able quantify the benefits for the work done by the team .
