Associate Product Director

Associate Director - Product (WMS)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage multiple product roadmaps for supply chain execution systems.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to plan and prioritize product sprints.

- Translate requirements into Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support documentation and release notes.

- Conduct user interviews and usability tests to generate actionable insights.

- Define and monitor product KPIs; ensure alignment with product vision and QA standards.

- Provide regular communication and updates to stakeholders, engineering, QA, and customers.

- Support sales and marketing with product content, demos, and RFPs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with global exposure.

- 4+ years of warehouse operations experience or domain expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Management.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

- Track record of solving large-scale customer problems and delivering under pressure.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to executives and customers.

- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
