About You

- Ideal candidates have a strong consulting mindset and have contributed to client-facing engagements in areas such as technology modernization, Tech strategy, Process excellence and automation, Tech cost optimization, Application portfolio rationalization etc.

- Strong ability to analyze business processes end-to-end, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and automation potential

- Skilled at conducting process diagnostics and developing opportunity assessment and scoring frameworks to quantify potential impact (e.g., effort impact grid, time savings, error reduction, scalability)

- Experience using process mapping and mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Apromore, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining, ARIS) to capture as-is workflows and pinpoint automation candidates

- Ability to perform root cause analysis and apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to define improvement levers

- Skilled in developing business cases for automation and process optimization initiatives, backed by data-driven analysis. Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies for automation rollouts

- Experience in digital transformation delivery, experience using specific project management tools in large IT transformations such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX, Apromore

- Youll help design and deploy scalable technology solutions, leverage advanced LLMs like ChatGPT, and implement autonomous agents to drive measurable business value

- Knowledge of using and deploying automation in Digital transformation projects to improve efficiency. Knowledge of advanced GenAI is a plus

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure


What youll do


- Map and analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.

- Lead or support process redesign efforts to define optimized, scalable, and sustainable future-state workflows.

- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to standardize operations and enable reuse across teams.

- Partner with stakeholders to establish KPIs and performance metrics for continuous process improvement.

- Design and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Apromore, Signavio, Alteryx)

- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate automation workflows into existing data systems and knowledge platforms.

- Support automation governance, including opportunity evaluation, prioritization, and ROI tracking

- Help create reusable automation assets and frameworks to accelerate deployment across projects and functions

- Stay abreast of emerging process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking) and automation technologies (Agentic AI, AI-assisted workflows, RPA, process mining).

- Work closely with team leads to build and deploy ET diagnostic tools and contribute actively to IP development

- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations

- Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
