Role Snapshot:

As an Associate on the Private Debt team, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with deal-makers and executives across the portfolio. You'll dive deep into investment underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and portfolio monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create sophisticated models and valuations for potential deals

- Conduct in-depth credit analyses and market research

- Support due diligence and transaction execution

- Draft compelling investment committee memos

- Participate in structuring and negotiating terms

- Monitor and manage active investments with precision

What We're Looking For?

- 2+ years in investment banking or equivalent experience, with a focus on leveraged finance or credit
