We are looking for a high-performing, analytically strong individual to join our Private Debt investment team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and executing private credit transactions, as well as monitoring existing portfolio investments. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the investment lifecycle while working closely with senior members of the team and portfolio company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform financial modeling and credit valuation for new investment opportunities

- Support the underwriting, diligence, and deal structuring process

- Prepare detailed investment memos for internal committees

- Assist in negotiating key credit terms and reviewing documentation

- Monitor portfolio companies and maintain performance updates

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support investment theses

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, credit underwriting, leveraged finance, or related areas

- Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related fields

- Proficient in financial modeling, credit analysis, and Excel

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
