
We are looking for an experienced consulting and social impact leader to drive strategic advisory engagements with nonprofits, foundations, philanthropies, and development sector organizations. This is a leadership role for professionals who can combine strategic thinking, stakeholder management, business development, and team leadership to strengthen institutions and scale impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advisory engagements across organizational strategy, program design, scale-up, MEL, fundraising strategy, and institutional strengthening.
- Build and manage relationships with founders, CEOs, boards, senior leadership teams, and funding partners.
- Translate complex client challenges into actionable frameworks, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead business development efforts including opportunity identification, proposal development, account growth, and client conversion.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations, strategic planning sessions, and leadership discussions.
- Mentor consulting teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure high-quality outputs across engagements.
- Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge creation, and practice-building initiatives within the social impact ecosystem.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 14-16 years of experience in consulting, advisory, philanthropy, CSR, nonprofit leadership, or social impact sectors.
- Strong experience working with nonprofits, foundations, donor agencies, or impact-focused institutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy, organizational development, program design, MEL, fundraising, or institutional strengthening.
- Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, and proposal development skills.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
