Associate - Portfolio Management - Venture Fund

Organization : Venture Fund investing in early stage IP-driven deep-tech startups.

Key Responsibilities :

Portfolio engagement :

- Partner closely with all portfolio companies to drive value in line with overall investment strategy and return objectives.

- Cultivate and manage founder relationships to enable strategic alignment and business outcomes.

- Support follow on investment decisions and ensure companies are well positioned for subsequent capital raises.

Portfolio oversight :

- Actively drive portfolio performance against investment theses, milestones and ROI outcomes.

- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance and documentation standards across the portfolio.

- Contribute actively towards overall fund level strategy.

Key Skills/ Abilities :

- Analytical and financial acumen with high ownership.

- Strong curiosity for technology, business models, and the startup ecosystem.

- Ability to manage multiple portfolio companies and priorities in a fast paced environment.

- Good grasp of startup metrics, business models and company evolution across stages.

Qualification/Experience Required :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in venture capital or a high-growth startup.

- Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
