Associate Partner - Statutory Audit - CA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client & Engagement Leadership:

- Lead and oversee statutory audits for listed and large private companies.

- Act as the primary engagement partner for key clients.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit reports in compliance with auditing standards.

- Manage complex audit issues and provide practical solutions to clients.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

2. Technical & Regulatory Oversight:

- Provide guidance on IND AS, IFRS, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and CARO.

- Review audit working papers and financial statements.

- Stay updated with evolving audit and accounting standards.

- Handle regulatory inspections and audit quality reviews.

3. Business Development:

- Drive new client acquisition for the Statutory Audit practice.

- Participate in proposals, pitches, and presentations.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities (Tax, Risk Advisory, Consulting, etc.).

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 12-18 years of experience in Statutory Audit (Big 4 or large mid-tier preferred)

Experience in:

- Listed company audits

- Multinational clients

- IND AS / IFRS reporting

- Complex financial instruments
