Role Overview:
As an Associate Paid Media Manager, you will sit at the intersection of data-driven strategy and creative execution within a fast-paced Adtech environment. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and scaling high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta ecosystems. Working closely with cross-functional product teams, creative designers, and high-value clients, you will translate complex business objectives into actionable media plans. Your work directly influences customer acquisition costs, ROAS, and overall market share, playing a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth for our brand partners and internal product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to ensure optimal budget utilization and maximum conversion efficiency.
- Analyze real-time campaign performance data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling data-backed pivots that improve overall business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance user engagement and funnel conversion.
- Monitor industry trends and platform updates within the Adtech space to maintain a competitive edge and implement innovative targeting strategies for our clients.
- Manage daily bid adjustments, budget pacing, and audience optimization to ensure all campaigns meet or exceed defined KPIs and growth targets.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale performance marketing budgets with a deep understanding of bidding algorithms, attribution modeling, and conversion tracking across Google and Meta platforms.
- Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear, persuasive narratives for clients and internal leadership, ensuring alignment on campaign goals and performance expectations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical tracking issues and optimize campaign architecture for better signal quality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore or Mumbai, fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- A bachelors degree in a quantitative or business-related field, complemented by a track record of managing high-growth digital accounts with 4 - 7 years of professional experience.
