About the Role:


We are looking for an Experienced Associate to join our Management Consulting team in Bengaluru. The role involves solving complex business problems, performing data-driven analyses, building models, and co-creating deliverables that enable strategic client decisions. This position offers extensive professional growth, mentorship, and exposure to global consulting engagements.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct business and operational analyses to address client challenges.

- Gather, validate, and analyze data to prepare baseline views and insights.

- Build Excel-based financial and operational models; draft findings and recommendations.

- Support design workshops and create playbooks or standard work documents.

- Document as-is processes, perform time studies, value-stream mapping, and KPI baselining.

- Contribute to to-be process design, operating model development, and transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with global teams across locations to ensure delivery quality.

- Support PMO activities including planning, reporting, and risk tracking.


Core Competencies:


- Analytical Thinking: Ability to structure problems, interpret large datasets, and draw actionable insights.

- Data Management: Clean, interpret, and visualize data using Excel/Sheets or BI tools.

- Process Excellence: Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts to enhance efficiency.

- Strategic Understanding: Contribute to operating model design, supply chain optimization, and procurement transformation.

- Communication: Present findings clearly in written and verbal formats; adapt quickly to feedback.

- Teamwork: Build trusted relationships, demonstrate ownership, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:


- Exposure to consulting or strategic transformation projects.

- Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and operations functions.

- Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and GenAI-based tools.

- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills; scripting or BI tool knowledge is an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with accuracy under tight deadlines.
