Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's)
1. Execution of Assignments
a) Portfolio Tracking & Insights
- Monitor porfolios of Family Offices and UHNIs across asset classes
- Track performance, risk, and allocation vs. benchmarks
- Generate actionable insights and support portfolio decisions
- Use tools including AI led platforms to enable the same efficiently'
b) Invest Across Asset Classes
- Public Markets: Deep-dive for potential and existing investments into listed equities, sectors, and macro trends
- Private Markets: Build & Evaluate financial models for private companies for potential & existing investments (early/growth/pre-IPO opportunities)
- AIFs & Alternatives: Evaluate Domestic and Global funds, and their strategies for potential and existing investments; track ongoing performance
c) Research & Investment Thinking
- Build investment theses backed by rigorous research
- Develop financial models and valuation frameworks
2. Team Management & Support Leadership
- Support senior leadership in investment decisions and client discussions
- Support business development through existing or new clients
- Interact with fund managers, founders, and ecosystem participants
- Quality & Productivity management of team & training of junior team members in relevant fundamentals
3. Branding & Social Media
- Create circulars on Multi- Family Offices & Public Markets
- Create Social Media posts that are relevant for clients including economic developments
- Attend Conferences related to Multi Family Offices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-6 years of experience in portfolio management/investment research/family office/PE/VC
- Strong understanding of multiple asset classes - public markets, private investments, AIFs, and commodities
- Experience in financial modeling and valuation (public and/or private companies)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
