Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented AM / Manager - HR Operations to manage end-to-end payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operational processes. The candidate will ensure accurate payroll execution, statutory adherence, and smooth employee lifecycle management while driving process efficiency and compliance excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Management - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees. - Ensure accurate calculation of salary, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, and deductions. - Handle full & final settlements. - Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation. - Manage payroll vendor (if applicable). - Generate MIS and payroll reports for leadership. 2. Statutory Compliance - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as: - PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity - Handle labour law compliance and documentation. - Liaise with government authorities and auditors. - Maintain statutory registers and returns. - Support internal and external audits. 3. HR Operations - Oversee employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit). - Manage HRMS data accuracy and documentation. - Draft HR letters (offer, increment, promotion, transfer). - Maintain employee records and policy documentation. - Implement and streamline HR processes & SOPs. - Handle employee queries related to payroll & compliance. 4. Process & Governance - Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy. - Drive automation and process improvement initiatives. - Ensure adherence to company HR policies. - Prepare HR dashboards and operational metrics. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Payroll processing & statutory compliance. - Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, PT, TDS calculations & filings. - Good understanding of Indian Labour Laws. - Experience with HRMS & Payroll software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting). - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Good stakeholder management skills.
