Hiring: Associate Manager - Sustainability

Location: Guntur

Experience: 2-3 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate sustainability professional to drive ESG initiatives across agricultural value chains. The role focuses on integrating environmental, social, and economic practices into sourcing operations, farmer engagement, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting

2. Prepare dashboards, presentations, and sustainability disclosures

3. Engage with internal teams, customers, NGOs, and government bodies

4. Implement sustainable agriculture practices (soil, water, climate)

5. Drive adoption of GAP & sustainability programs at field level

6. Track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities

7. Conduct training and awareness programs for stakeholders

Qualification:

Postgraduate in Agriculture / Environmental Science / Sustainability or related field

Skills Required:

1. Strong understanding of ESG & sustainability concepts

2. Knowledge of agri value chains

3. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

4. Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

5. Ability to translate strategy into on-ground execution
