Associate Manager - Record to Report

Role Overview:

We are hosting a Face-to-Face (F2F) hiring drive on 17th August in Bangalore for a Record to Report (R2R) professional. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial accounting cycle, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional finance teams and internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and maintain compliance with organizational standards. Your work will directly influence the quality of financial decision-making and the efficiency of the monthly closing cycle for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the full cycle of month-end reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial statement preparation for management review

- Manage complex bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly

- Process journal entries with high precision to maintain the integrity of financial records and support audit readiness.

- Oversee fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal, to ensure accurate asset valuation.

- Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting queries and provide insights that improve the efficiency of the R2R process.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Record to Report processes, including advanced proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities in performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.

- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and articulate financial data clearly.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling journal entries and fixed asset management to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities during peak reporting periods.

- Hold a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
