Role OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Performance Marketing professional to lead digital lead-generation initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable user acquisition and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Develop and implement funnel strategies to optimize lead capture and reduce acquisition costs (CAC).
- Execute A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and lead forms for conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to improve campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.
- Manage large-scale budgets (>1 Cr per month) efficiently and maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, audience targeting strategies, and AI-driven automation tools.
Mandatory Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years overall, with at least 2+ years hands-on in performance marketing.
Campaign Expertise: Must have managed lead-generation campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Budget Management: Proven experience managing monthly budgets exceeding 1 Cr.
Skills: Strong understanding of user funnels, conversion tracking, performance metrics, and optimization.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIM, IIT, XLRI, MICA, ISB, NIT, etc.).
Company Background: Must have experience in B2C environments (EdTech, Gaming, Finance preferred).
Location: Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai or Pune.
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing operations and campaign automation.
- Exposure to CPL optimization, subscription-based models, or product-led growth.
- Familiarity with regional language campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills.
- Proven success in driving high-quality leads with measurable business impact.
