Roles and Responsibilities: - Handle processes single-handedly, thus managing the internal and external stakeholders involved. - Holding regular/fortnightly meetings with stakeholders, sharing MOMs, and tracking end-to-end updates. - Vendor/Agency management on a daily/weekly basis. Handle vendor Support/Queries and resolve the same - Budget planning and control check processes to be developed and managed. - Setting up and tracking of existing processes. - Own daily/monthly/weekly trackers - Overall look for process optimization and look for constant improvement. - Supervise packing, dispatch in coordination with various teams. - Support the team with operational tasks (follow-ups, collateral movement) Required Skills: - Proficient in using Microsoft Excel/Advanced excel - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to develop strong professional relationships - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with limited supervision. - Process re-engineering and improvement
