Associate Manager/Manager/Associate Director - Financial Modelling

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as an Associate Manager, Manager, or Associate Director, based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune. In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, translating complex business objectives into robust financial frameworks. You will lead the development of sophisticated financial models, oversee three-statement projections, and drive strategic finance initiatives that inform high-stakes decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term financial trajectory, ensuring that every business decision is backed by rigorous quantitative analysis and clear commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Construct and maintain complex three-statement financial models to support capital allocation, M&A activities, and long-range business planning for senior leadership.

- Translate strategic business goals into actionable financial projections, enabling stakeholders to evaluate growth opportunities and operational risks effectively.

- Lead the end-to-end business modeling process, ensuring accuracy and scalability in forecasting to support executive-level decision-making.

- Partner with internal teams to stress-test financial assumptions, providing deep-dive analysis that highlights potential value drivers and performance bottlenecks.

- Mentor junior team members and review technical outputs to maintain high standards of financial integrity and analytical rigor across all client deliverables.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex financial models from scratch, with a deep understanding of integrated three-statement modeling and valuation techniques.

- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders, ensuring that financial insights are easily understood by non-finance partners.
