Associate Manager - Investment Research & Modeling

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, LBO basics)

- Conduct company, industry, and market research to support investment theses

- Perform business valuations for M&A, fundraising, and strategic initiatives

- Support M&A transactions including deal screening, financial analysis, and due diligence

- Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and management presentations

- Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and key performance drivers

- Track market trends, comparable deals, and valuation benchmarks

- Assist senior team members in transaction execution and client interactions
