Description:
Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition:
- Finalization of manpower requirement for Real Estate Business as per the work design parameters
- Finalization of Job Description for all positions
Talent Management and Employee Engagement: MIS/MOM Status:
- To monitor implementation of Talent Management initiatives viz:
- Employee Communication initiatives viz:
- Skip Level Meetings: as per calendar (once in 6 months),
- Town Hall: as per calendar (once in 6 months),
- HR Connect: to conduct in coordination with PHR (during his visits) & New Managers
Assimilation Programs:
- Talent Review & Succession Planning for Critical Positions
- Talent Development
- To finalize the Training needs through Competency Assessment Behavioral & Technical /Functional for the team and enabling them to fulfill their TNI
- Monitoring & measuring the effectiveness of Training for the team members while at work
HR Tech & Process Improvement:
- To identify the HR process improvement projects
- Monitoring the implementation of identified projects
- Ensure optimum usage of HR Technology from hire to retire: Navyata, Skillate, HR Success Factors
MIS: To enable timely decision making to achieve the Business plan:
- Preparation & finalization of HR MIS on a monthly basis focusing on various initiatives during the month, manpower status, development initiatives, R&R & other key activities
- Recruitment MIS and Org structure updation
HR Compliances:
- Ensure 100% adherence of all HR related compliances for respective locations for Real Estate business
- S&E Certification as per requirement
- Monitor & timely closure on Legatrix Tool
