We're hiring for the profile of Associate Manager - HR & Facilities Management Services for Delhi location


Education/Qualifications: MBA with 6+ years of exp


Budget: 15 LPA including variables


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


1. Manpower Planning, AOP & Talent Acquisition


- Consolidate manpower requirements from all SBUs and prepare Company-wise, SBU-wise, and JRL-wise manpower numbers and cost projections for AOP.


- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions in the Energy Sector Corporateincluding sourcing, selection, shortlisting, salary negotiations, and onboarding.


- Monitor and ensure closure of critical positions through regular follow-ups and coordination with SSC, SBU HR, Unit HR, and interview panels.


- Develop and maintain recruitment MIS, ensuring adherence to SLAs related to timelines, cost of hiring, and quality of hiring.


- Oversee facilities such as accommodation, guest house, canteen, mess, and transportation where applicable.


2. End-to-End HR Operations & HR Analytics


- Standardize the onboarding process and implement strategies to ensure a smooth new-joiner experience.


- Develop and roll out the New Joiner Process across Energy Corporate and all site locations.


- Conduct and facilitate monthly induction programs for all new joiners.


- Utilize analytics to develop insights for HR delivery excellence.


- Track and monitor Advisor/Principal Associate contracts, invoice processing, and payments.


- Prepare and update HR dashboards for complete employee lifecycle management.


- Track and resolve employee issues related to reimbursements, grievances, and SSC-related matters.


- Support audits and due diligence activities and ensure timely closure of audit observations.


- Ensure smooth employee offboarding, 100% statutory compliance, seamless mediclaim settlements, and effective functioning of outsourced manpower/HR & FMS activities through vendor coordination.


3. Development & Management of CHROs BSC, MIS & Reviews


- Support the development of CHROs Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and ensure timely reviews.


- Monitor progress on measurable goals weekly/monthly and provide structured updates to the CHRO and Plant HR Heads.


- Ensure timely coordination and execution of weekly calls with Unit HR Heads and escalate SLA deviations to the competent authority.


- Develop, finalize, and facilitate monthly HR MIS reports and reviews.


- Drive strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in HR delivery.
