Job Description:

The Associate Manager GSA Relations & Governance will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with General Sales Agents (GSAs), ensuring contractual compliance, and driving operational alignment across regions. This role requires strong governance, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on enhancing commercial and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contracts Management:

- Oversee, manage, and optimize contracts with GSAs and external partners.

- Negotiate commercial terms, draft agreements, and ensure contractual accuracy.

- Review, renew, and renegotiate contracts based on performance metrics and market intelligence.

- Track contract performance, identify risks, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

- Prepare and present contract progress and performance reports.

- Identify new GSA opportunities and support evaluation of potential partners.

- Conduct on-site visits to monitor GSA deliverables and operational readiness.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data, pricing intelligence, governance updates, and operational alignment.

- Ensure GSA staff is fully trained on reservation systems and processes.

- Support onboarding of special-category customer segments (e.g., corporate, institutional, high-value customers).

2. Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the team to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

- Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

- Oversee onboarding, governance induction, and ongoing training for GSAs.

- Supervise GSAs operating in offline territories and align them to global targets.

- Resolve SLA-related issues and operational escalations.

- Manage additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Eligibility (Education): Master's degree / MBA / PGDM / PGP in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum: 8-10 years of experience in contract management, including at least 4 years in aviation-related sales operations.

Preferred: 10+ years of experience in contract or partner management; aviation sector experience strongly preferred.
