Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented Associate Manager - FP&A with strong experience in the manufacturing industry, who can lead plant and procurement finance processes across global operations. The candidate will play a key role in supporting material procurement decisions, long-range financial planning, and strategic analysis by working closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead plant purchasing planning processes (Annual Operating Plan, Forecasts, LRP) in partnership with cross-functional and plant stakeholders.

- Provide financial and business partnering support to Procurement leaders and plant functions to influence and guide strategic sourcing and cost optimization decisions.

- Drive the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Results Reviews and periodic LBE updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global reporting requirements.

- Lead and manage financial modeling and strategic ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business scenarios, procurement strategies, and investment decisions.

- Enhance data analytics capabilities within the procurement finance function to support decision-making with actionable insights.

- Support the execution of global finance initiatives, ensuring consistency in process and alignment across plants and procurement leadership.

- Act as a trusted financial advisor to procurement and plant operations, applying financial expertise to guide planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.

- Collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting systems, and data management.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Finance

- 8+years of progressive experience in FP&A, procurement finance, or plant finance, preferably in manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of material cost structures, procurement processes, and manufacturing operations.

- Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business analysis, Excel, and data visualization tools.

- Experience working with global finance teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Team leadership experience with ability to coach and mentor 2-3 reportees.

- Comfortable working in a flexible global environment with evening availability for important meetings.
