
Associate Manager - Customer & Marketing Analytics
Location: India
1. Lead advanced analytics projects and build analytical solutions for Fortune 100 companies across industries including Retail, CPG, T&H, and more.
2. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems. Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.
3. Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as propensity models, classification, forecasting, clustering, and other advanced techniques to solve business problems.
4. Leverage your expertise in a wide range of business data, including transactional, customer, digital, and operational data, to build effective data products and analytical solutions.
5. Developing intuitive and insightful dashboards for a variety of use cases
6. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.
Must-Have Skills:
1. 6-15 years of professional experience in Analytics, demonstrating expertise in handling diverse analytics projects, including building ML models, creating data visualizations, generating insights, and solving various business problems.
2. Extensive experience in building ML models such as regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, and other advanced models.
3. Deep understanding of the fundamentals and various methods of statistical and analytical models, using them to derive business solutions and explore a wide range of applications beyond conventional uses.
4. Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark, with the capability to guide teams.
5. Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to craft insightful visual reports and dashboards.
6. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills to navigate complex projects effectively.
7. Effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
8. Experience leading a team of 3-4 Business Analysts and Data Scientists on analytical projects.
9. A strong focus on planning and leading multiple projects simultaneously, delivering customer insights and recommendations, with 3+ years of team management experience.
Good-to-Have Skills:
1. Experience in Big Data technologies.
2. Proficiency with cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, AWS, GCP, etc.
3. Experience in building data models and understanding data architecture.
4. Experience working with analytics-related products or accelerators is an added advantage.
