Qualification: CA / CFA (Master's degree)

Experience: 8 - 12 Years (Candidates with up to 15 years are welcome)

Industry Experience: FMCG / CPG / Tobacco - MANDATORY

MUST-HAVE CORE EXPERTISE:

Candidates must have hands-on expertise across ALL FOUR areas:

- Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Forecasting & Business Projections

- Variance Analysis

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

All four competencies are non-negotiable.

KEY LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own end-to-end P&L performance, cash flow and financial reporting.

- Drive strategic business partnering with Marketing, Commercial & Supply Chain leadership.

- Lead pricing strategies, market performance evaluation and competitive price-war analysis.

- Deliver actionable financial insights to senior global stakeholders.

- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing FP&A teams.

- Drive automation, process excellence and reporting transformation.

- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance financial efficiency.

PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Advanced Excel - SAP BPC - Hyperion - Anaplan - BI Dashboards - Tableau - Alteryx - Agentic AI
