About the Job

The Associate Sales Manager Channel is responsible for developing and driving regional sales strategies, managing channel partners, and expanding market presence for AIDC and Industrial Printer solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT and hardware sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

- Collaborate with the Sales Head to ensure regional objectives align with overall organizational goals.

Territory & Market Management:

- Manage the assigned sales territory, including customer segmentation and targeted prospecting.

- Create and implement a territory plan to maximize market coverage and sales opportunities.

Prospecting & New Client Acquisition:

- Identify and acquire new customers in the region.

- Conduct market research to explore business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Promote AIDC and Industrial Printer solutions to potential clients.

Account Management:

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their business needs.

- Provide tailored AIDC and Industrial solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Resolve customer issues proactively and maintain long-term relationships.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report regularly on sales performance.

- Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.

Channel Partner Management:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners, and resellers.

- Support partners with training, sales enablement, and joint marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

- Assist in creating sales collateral and stay updated on product features and enhancements.

Market Intelligence:

- Monitor competitive activities, industry trends, and developments in the AIDC and Industrial Printers domain.

- Gather insights to identify market opportunities and support product improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 48 years in IT/Technology Sales, preferably targeting end customers.

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of AIDC, Industrial Printers, or related technologies is an advantage.

- Channel Sales Experience: Proven experience managing channel partners, distributors, and resellers.

- Customer Relationship Management: Strong client-facing and account management skills with a background in business development.

- IT & Hardware Sales: Experience in selling IT solutions and hardware products is mandatory.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and regional languages
