
About:
- MBA Preferable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business insights preferably in FMCG - F&B.
-Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and distribution of FMCG, preferably GT Channel.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics
- Proficient in MS Excel & Power point.
- Quick learner with growth mindset & delivers on time.
- Collaborative approach
- Agility to steer as per market trends / business prioritization.
- Working knowledge of FMCG datasets. Ex: Nielsen Market share & distribution, Household panel data, Internal Sales KPIs
Experience in RGM Projects:
- Knowledge of data analytics tools - Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Snowflake
- Identify, analyse, interpret trends or patterns in complex data & generate insights to strengthen 'in-market' execution to maximize month sales revenue via multiple levers -Distribution, Sales productivity, trade spends optimization etc.
- Recommend micro-cluster level propositions to unlock growth to improve Distribution, Assortment & sales productivity.
- Leverage analytics to identify patterns in 'sell-in' KPIs and retail purchases to recommend inputs for sales strategy at market/ channel level & periodically monitor trends to recommend course correction to be market relevant.
- Determining the right assortment & sell-in quantities at a store level for all SKUs by micro clusters.
- Deep dive analysis on business problem statement to arrive at RCA and actionable Insights to improve distribution
- Partner with sales & third party for any market research work being undertaken
