Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Description:

The person will be responsible for overseeing various day-to-day operational activities across the finance function, from financial reporting operations, improving financial processes and systems, month-end KPI analysis and budgeting/forecasting. Our company has a parent entity in India and a subsidiary across.

Accounting Financial Analysis:

- Help build and manage the monthly financials

- Manage and monitor the monthly, quarterly and annual MIS metrics, board reports, and dashboard Compliances

- All SEBI, ROC, RBI and financial filings- as and when notified are duly completed.

- To Ensure SEBI results are prepared and filed with in time

- Work closely with our consultants (financial and company secretarial) in India ensure on-time completion of all compliance requirements.

Funds Management Budgeting:

- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs; ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital requirements

- Liaison with departments on monthly budget consumption; prepare variance analysis

- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

Day to Day Operations:

- Manage oversee daily operations of the Finance department

- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

- Monitoring Analyzing accounting data prepare financial statements and MIS timely

- Review ledgers co-ordinate with the team for book closure activities (monthly/Quarterly/ annual)

Audit Due Diligence:

- Own up, manage and close audits - Statutory and internal

- Own and complete due diligence- as and when required by investors/ potential investors

Qualifications:

- CA with 2-3 years of experience

- Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly regarding presenting the results of analysis to leadership.

Have an understanding of INDAS financial reporting and compliance formalities.
