Minimum Qualification: - Master's Degree In Finance/Accounting background/Intermediate Chartered Accountant - 2 - 4 years of work experience in Accounts Payable &amp; projects and General Accounting - Good knowledge of Excel and any Accounting Software - Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written - Problem Identification, Problem-Analysis, and Problem-Solving - Strong work ethic, team player, reliability, and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoice to payment, obtaining approvals, entering the invoices in to the accounting system - Processing vendor payments within the due date - Responsible for monthly accounts payable journal entries - Record proper accruals for the month - Perform expense variance analysis at the month-end - Prepare cash flow as part of month-end activities - Handle employee reimbursements - Responsible for regular reconciliation of vendor payable and advance accounts - Responsible for record retention of all accounts payable documents - Ensure that necessary information is maintained to ascertain which vendors are subject to 1099 reporting and generate 1099 forms - Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships - Ad hoc assignment Perks and Benefits: - Competitive compensation - Generous stock options - Medical Insurance coverage - Work with some of the brightest minds from Silicon Valley's most dominant and successful companies
