Role: Associate Lead - Talent Management (Manager/Sr. Manager Level)
Reporting to: Head Talent Management
Location: Attibele, Karnataka (12 km from Electronic City Bangalore & 8 km from Hosur)
Compensation: CTC offered for this role is between 30-40LPA or 25-30% hike on existing compensation whichever of the two is lower.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive talent identification and assessment processes in partnership with business leaders and external assessment partners.
- Manage end-to-end execution of talent assessment cycles, including nominations, manager feedback, assessments, calibration reviews and outcome communication.
- Facilitate Department, Cluster and Executive Talent Councils to enable robust talent and succession decisions through talent data and readiness.
- Govern Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and track development progress of identified talent.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive talent reviews, development actions and talent deployment decisions.
- Develop and manage talent dashboards, analytics and workforce insights to support data-driven talent decisions.
- Own talent data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity and availability of information for management reporting and talent reviews.
- Ensure adherence to talent management frameworks, policies, governance standards and process timelines.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of talent management frameworks, tools and methodologies aligned to evolving business needs.
- Manage talent management budgets, vendor invoices and payment processing while ensuring adherence to financial controls and approved budgets.
- Conduct benchmarking, research and organizational diagnostics to identify best practices and recommend improvements to talent management processes.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Completion / Participation rate of relevant stakeholders Talent Assessments.
- Completion and governance of IDPs for identified talent.
- Accuracy of talent analytics and reporting.
- Business impact of adopted practices.
- Adherence to Talent Management calendar and governance milestones.
- No of improvement projects completed.
