Designation: Associate L1/L2 Role Summary: As an Associate L1/L2, you will be a part of the client-facing team. Your role would require you to lead 1-2 work-streams in addition to supporting the Project Lead in accomplishing their day-to-day tasks related to the project. You would be required to actively contribute to internal organizational and business development initiatives. This role requires you to travel to client locations (outside India) for at-least 3 weeks/month. Expectations: - You should be comfortable to travel to and stay in Saudi Arabia (3 weeks / month) - Be confident to lead 1-2 work streams independently and face the client - Solve medium to high complexity client problems and create good quality deliverables - Conduct primary/secondary research as may be required - Ability to interact/address a group of audience and deliver impactful presentations / workshops - Be willing to groom Analysts and actively support them as may be required - Actively contribute to preparation of business proposals and 1-2 internal initiatives Education, Experience and skill-set: - B.Tech./B.E. from Tier 1 under-grad school (IITs, NITs, DCE/DTU, DU, NSIT, etc.) (required) - Full time MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B-school (IIMs, MDI, SP Jain, JBIMS, NMIMS, etc.) (required) - 3-7 years of total experience, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience (preferable) - Excellent problem solving and communication skills (required) - Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (required) - Exposure to one or more of: Retail / BFSI / Manufacturing /Investments (required) - Exposure to Financial analysis, data analysis, process development / improvement (required) We arrange for travel to client location and back and also ensure a comfortable accommodation at the client-site for our employees.
