Associate - Investor Relations

Our client is a Bangalore based growth-stage VC with over $1 Billion AUM. The fund invests in both global as well as India focused technology businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support the preparation and updating of investor-facing materials, including pitch decks and due diligence questionnaires, in collaboration with team members.

- Assist in managing the due diligence process by coordinating data rooms, responding to investor inquiries, and facilitating information flow.

- Contribute to investor relations efforts through the creation of quarterly newsletters, organization of investor events, and monitoring of industry trends.

- Collaborate with investment, finance, and legal teams to enhance investor reporting processes and provide ad-hoc analytical support as needed.

Skills and qualifications:

- 2-5 years of direct experience in investor relations or fundraising within a Venture Capital or Private Equity fund, or in an investment banking role.

- Familiarity with institutional investors and their due diligence processes is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; experience with CRM systems and financial databases is a plus.

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to high integrity and professionalism.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple deadlines and projects.
