- CA + MBA or MBA from premier B-School with excellent analytical abilities. - Must have 2 - 4yr of work experience in a front end Investment Bank only. - Must have prior relevant experience of research, evaluating financial data, building financial models, conducting due diligence and arriving valuation to translate it into a strategy for clients. - Must be HANDS ON in building and reviewing financial models to analyze and support M&A or fund raise transactions. Fine collaterals/presentation building experience. - Must be presentable, have good communication skills with effective attention to details in order to guide clients through the investment process, including presenting and explaining investment options. - Sectors: Consumer & Healthcare
