Organization - An incubator for Startups Job role A qualified Associate with experience in applied research in the field of fintech and financial inclusion. The Associate will play key role in gathering and analysing primary and secondary data, presenting it to internal and external stakeholders. Associate will support our work in financial inclusion research, fintech innovation, policy analysis, data interpretation and knowledge production. He/ She will contribute to research projects through literature reviews, data analysis, stakeholder engagement and report writing. 1. Execute research studies on fintech themes, including but not limited to financial products, compliance and frauds. 2. Conduct literature reviews and background research on the above mentioned themes. 3. Support in qualitative and quantitative data collection, including surveys and interviews. 4. Perform secondary research on fintech models, policy developments, regulatory frameworks and investment trends. 5. Support in data visualization and synthesis. 6. Draft reports, articles and policy briefs. 7. Coordinate with start-up ecosystem stakeholders Qualifications 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Development Studies, Law or related fields. 2. 1-3 years of research experience in fintech/tech policy.
