About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic HR Associate to work directly with the CHRO on core people strategy, analytics, org design, compensation and capability-building initiatives. This is a high-ownership, strategic role with broad exposure across the People & Culture function.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Analysis
- Support in key People Analytics
- Support in Compensation & Benefits benchmarking
- Lead and own People Dashboards
- Run People data analysis and insights
- Support in Organisation Development initiatives
- Support in managing Succession Planning
Special Projects
- Lead CHRO-priority projects such as org structure redesign, performance management framework, onboarding revamps, and leadership enablement
- Project manage system integrations and HRIS implementation
- Partner cross-functionally to drive change and improve employee experience
What Were Looking For
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR strategy, HRBP, people analytics, HR consulting, or people program roles.
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured problem solving.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- High ownership, discretion, and ability to work directly with senior leadership.
- Passionate, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
