Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Associate Vice President (AVP) Sales

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Vice President Sales / Director Sales


Experience Required: 610 years in real estate sales, with a proven track record in individual contributor roles


Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred


Role Overview:


The AGM Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets through direct client engagement. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.

- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.


Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.


Market Analysis and Business Development:

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Explore new business opportunities and expand the customer base.


Reporting and Compliance:


- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.


- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.


Key Skills and Competencies:

- Proven experience in sales within the real estate industry.

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
