Job Summary:

We are Looking a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Head Chiller Sales (West) to lead business growth for our applied product segment.

This senior role will be responsible for managing the sales strategy, driving revenue, and expanding market presence for chillers and other commercial HVAC solutions across Western region.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and proven leadership in managing high-value industrial/commercial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Business Development

- Drive business growth for chillers (Scroll, screw, centrifugal) across the West zone.

- Develop and execute zonal sales strategy aligned with national objectives and revenue targets.

- Build strong relationships with consultants, HVAC contractors, project companies, and key accounts.

- Lead large-volume sales closures and negotiations in commercial, industrial, and institutional segments.

Team Leadership & Management

- Manage and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Engineers across multiple states.

- Set performance targets, review KPIs, and ensure skill development through continuous coaching.

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, project, service, factory) for seamless customer delivery.

Project & Channel Management

- Oversee project sales cycles from lead generation to order booking and post-sales support.

- Engage with channel partners, EPC contractors, and influencers to enhance market penetration.

- Ensure timely submission of tenders, quotations, and techno-commercial offers.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

- Monitor competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and product trends in the applied HVAC segment.

- Identify new opportunities in emerging sectors such as data centers, pharma, hospitals, and manufacturing.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory); MBA preferred.

- 1218 years of experience in applied product (chillers) sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of HVAC technologies, system design, and project sales cycle.

- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and team leadership.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
