About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished AGM HR to lead and manage the human resources function at our Lucknow office. The candidate must bring strong expertise in HR management within the IT sector, with proven experience in leading HR teams and driving people-focused initiatives that align with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the HR function, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Drive end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, L&D, and retention.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders in workforce planning and decision-making.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and leverage data for decision-making and process improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience as an HR Manager/Leader in IT organizations.
- Proven track record in team management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with ability to execute effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12-18 years of overall HR experience, with a minimum of 10 years in IT HR.
- Experience in managing and scaling HR teams.
