Associate General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Design Architecture - Real Estate

Job Description :

- Experience in large residential Townships & Plotted Development

- Strong knowledge of modern architecture, planning, and urban design

- Understanding of DCR and approval processes

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Photoshop, 3D Max, MS Word, and Excel

- Basic knowledge of structural engineering, MEP, costing, and construction methods

- Support design planning and massing studies for projects

- Conduct market and competitor research

- Provide inputs to improve project design, efficiency, and market appeal

- Identify and manage design consultants and specialists

- Coordinate architecture, structure, MEP, interiors, landscape, sustainability, and costing teams

- Project Execution & Monitoring

- Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and budget targets

- Introduce innovative design solutions for better quality and cost savings

- Conduct site visits to monitor quality and design execution

- Conduct regular meetings with consultants and internal teams

- Coordinate with finance and audit teams on cost control and compliance

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience with a reputed architectural firm or leading real estate developer

- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Good understanding of approvals, regulations, and compliance

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Educational Qualifications :

- B.Arch /M.Arch with 15- 20 years of experience in architectural design with real estate developers or architectural firms
