Job Title: Startup Fundraising & Venture Strategy Associate

Type: Full-Time (Option for project-based sprints)

Preferred Location: Delhi NCR & neighbouring states (open pan-India)

About the Role:

We are building a high-performance team of startup finance and strategy professionals who can take ideas from zero one across:

Study Abroad, Agriculture & Farming, AgriTech, Renewable Energy, and Commodity Trading.

You will work directly with the Founder to identify, validate, and fund new business ideas blending strong financial skills with modern AI-driven analysis, modeling, and research.

Were looking for people who combine finance acumen + startup hustle + AI fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Research & Opportunity Mapping:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across target sectors.

- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and opportunity sizing using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).

- Generate industry reports, competitor maps, and insight summaries with data-backed recommendations.

2. Financial Modeling & Business Planning:

- Build 35 year projections (P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital, ROI).

- Use AI-assisted financial modeling and scenario planning to improve speed and accuracy.

- Develop investor decks, business plans, and funding structures (equity, debt, blended).

3. Fundraising & Investor Readiness:

- Create investor teasers, pitch decks, and financial packs using modern design and automation tools.

- Identify and map investors, NBFCs, VCs, and grant programs.

- Support capital structuring, documentation, and due diligence processes.

4. AI-Enhanced Workflow & Automation:

- Leverage AI and LLMs to accelerate business planning, documentation, and analytics.

- Automate dashboards, projections, and management reports using tools like Notion, Excel + Copilot, PowerBI, or Python.

- Continuously identify opportunities where AI can streamline business decision-making and analysis.

5. Coordination & Reporting:

- Coordinate meetings, investor interactions, and follow-ups.

- Prepare clear notes, reports, and trackers for leadership and board reviews.

Who You Are:

A hands-on, analytical, and tech-enabled professional who:

- Has 1-4 years experience in startup fundraising, investment banking, project finance, NBFCs, or corporate finance.

- Prior experience in sales of financial instruments, investment products, or funding solutions.

- Exposure to financial modeling, investor relations, or startup finance preferred.

- Ability to build business plans, conduct risk/reward analysis, and structure funding proposals.

- Has prior experience in sales of financial or investment instruments.

- Knows how to use AI tools, LLMs, or data-modeling platforms to generate insights and automate workflows.

- Understands startup fundraising, financial modeling, and investor communication.

- Is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving founder-led environment.

Educational Background:

Candidates from the following backgrounds are preferred:

- CA / CFA / CS / CPA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- Courses or certifications in AI for Finance, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, Data Analytics, or Business Strategy.

- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Notion AI) is highly desirable.
