Responsibilities:

1 Lead end-to-end research workstreams in banking, insurance, fintech, and more.

2 Deliver high-quality insights and client-ready deliverables using advanced analytical tools.

3 Collaborate with global consultants, expert partners, and data teams.

4 Create compelling dashboards using Tableau and derive strategic insights.

5 Contribute to the development of industry publications, point-of-views (POVs), and IP assets.

Requirements:

1Graduate/Postgraduate with strong academic credentials.

2 1-5 years of relevant experience in Banking, Fintech, Payments, Insurance, or Wealth/Asset Management.

3 Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, Python/R is a plus.

4 Excellent communication, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities.

5 Passionate about financial services with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under pressure.

6 Should have experience in secondary research of financial (banking/insurance/fintech/payments)
